"Boost" Skills
-------------------------

	Boost-type skills permanently increase a character's base stats by a certain
	amount per level. The list will show the value for the regular "boost" skill
	first, followed by the value for the "high boost" skill.

	ATK: 2, 10
	DEF: 2, 8
	MAG: 2, 10

	* Base SPD increases by 1 every 2 levels. Technically it increases by 0.5 per
	  level but an integer division is used so it gets rounded off.

	In addition, "Body Reinforcement" will add 1 extra base HP, ATK, DEF, MAG, MND,
	and SPD per level.

"Mastery" Skills

	Subclass mastery skills all give increases to the character's base stats, much
	like the "boost" skills.

	Warrior     : +6 HP , +4 TP , + 4 ATK, + 4 DEF

	Healer      : +2 MP , +4 MND, +24 FIR/CLD/WND/NTR
	Enhancer    : +2 MP , +4 MND, +24 MYS/SPI/DRK/PHY

	Toxicologist: +4 HP , +2 MP , + 4 TP , + 5 DBF, +10 PSN/PAR/HVY/SHK/TRR/SIL/DTH

Elemental Damage Skills
-------------------------

	"When the user is in front, ELEMENT damage dealt is increased" skills always use
	the highest skill level; they do not stack. The damage caused will increase by
	15% per level.

	CLD: Ability to Manipulate Water
	WND: Ability to Gauge One's Nature 
	NTR: Froggy Power!
	MYS: Magic Training
	SPI: Power of the Living God
	DRK: Flames of Jealousy
	PHY: Ruinous Super Strength
	
	"When the user is in front, ELEMENT damage taken is reduced" skills also always
	use the highest skill level rather than stacking. The damage taken will be
	reduced by 15% per level.
	
	The following skills fall under this category:
	FIR: Robe of Fire Rat
	CLD: Ability to Manipulate Ice
	WND: Ability to Manipulate Wind
	NTR: Heavy Drinker of Mt. Ibuki
	MYS: Wavelength of Insanity
	SPI: Armored Yin-Yang Orb
	DRK: Realm of Eternal Darkness
	PHY: Free from Worldly Thoughts

	In addition, "Cleansed Crystal Mirror" will reduce the damage of all elements by
	5% per level.

-------------------------

	"While user is in front, damage against RACE enemies increases." skills always
	use the highest skill level; they do not stack. The damage caused will increase
	by 10% per level.

Post-Battle Skills
-------------------------

	These skills come into play after a battle ends.

	Gensokyo's Shopkeeper
	Chance is reduced to 1% per level if the user is not in the active party.

	Eagle-eyed Shopowner's Saga
	Chance is reduced to 0.6% per level if the user is not in the active party.

	Dowsing
	Chance is reduced to 5% if the user is not in the active party.

	Ferry Wages of Sanzu River
	Increase is reduced to 0.6% per level if the user is not in the active party.

	Always Rising after Falling
	The TP reduction after battle decreases by 1 per level. If a character is
	defeated, the TP reduction after battle will decrease by 3 per level instead. A
	character will always lose at least 1 TP after battle no matter what.

Damage-Related Skills
-------------------------

	These skills relate to how much damage an attack will cause.

	Piercing Attack
	After defense calculations are applied, 20% of the pre-defense damage is
	re-added to the current damage being caused.

	Enhanced Normal Attack
	The ATK or MAG stat of the user will be increased by 30% for the sake of the
	damage calculation (depending on which stat is used by the attack).

	Sudden Impulse
	Minimum randomization (90%) decreases by 5 per level.
	Maximum randomization (110) increases by 10 per level.
	In other words, the attack will do between 5% less damage and 10% more damage
	per level.

	Free-Spirited Oni
	The damage caused will increase by (Remaining HP % x 66)%.

	Adamant Helix
	The damage caused will increase by (Remaining HP % x 66)%.

	Tormenting Nature
	The damage caused will increase by (Remaining HP % x 40)%.

	Absolute Defensive Line
	The damage reduction is equal to ((4 - nLiving) * 10)%.

Recovery-Related Skills
-------------------------

	These skills will recover HP or MP when they come into effect.

	Heart of Perseverance
	The chance of recovery is 66% per level (so, it should alway succeed at level
	2).

	Ticket to the Ageless Land
	The amount of HP recovered is 2% of the user's max HP per empty party slot.

	Gensokyo's Eternal Flower
	The amount of HP recovered is (4 + (100 - MP%) /  5)%. (4% to 29%)
	The amount of MP recovered is (1 + (100 - HP%) / 25). (1 to 5)

	Hexer's Conversion
	The user will recover 0.25% HP per point of debuff and 1 + 2% MP per point of
	debuff. Of course, the recovery is reduced by a third for Hina.

	Toxin Conversion
	The user will recover 1% HP per 5000 points of total ailment power (a minimum of
	5000 is required) and 1 + 1/15000th MP per point of total ailment power (a
	minimum of 1 is required).

Ailments, Buffs, Affinities
-------------------------

	These skills relate to ailments, buffs, debuffs, resistances, affinities, and so
	forth.

	Sheer Force
	If affinity is 102 or greater, it counts as 100 + (affinity - 100) / 2.
	In addition, resistance counts as if it were 2/3rd of its value.

	Girl of Knowledge and Shade
	If affinity is 103 or greater, it counts as 100 + (affinity - 100) / 3.

	Intense Vertigo
	Resistance counts as if it were 20% lower.

	Art of Oni Binding
	The chance of inflicting PAR is 60%, 100% against Oni enemies.
	The power of the inflicted PAR is 500 * Lv, 800 * Lv against Oni enemies.

	Lively and Healthy
	Recovery rate increases by (100 + Lv * 150)%.

	Medicinal Fragrance
	The power of all debuffs is reduced by 20% each turn.

	Morning Dew Herbs
	The power of all inflicted ailments is reduced by 20% each turn.

	Inspirational Plan
	Normally, buffs decay by 20% per turn.
	Inspirational Plan causes the decay rate to be 13% instead.

	Hoshiguma Dish
	The SPD buff is equal to (nEnemies - 1) * 3.
	The ATK buff is equal to (5 - nEnemies) * 3.

	Keystone Formation
	The DEF and MND bonus is 10%, capped at 100%.

	The following skills do not fit into any category. Some contain incomplete

	Dexterity Training
	The delay of any action will be reduced by 10%.

	Ability to Manipulate Jealousy
	This appears to give a 5% bonus per debuffed actor.

	Kodoku Queen
	This appears to give a 5% bonus per poisoned actor.

	Singing in the Silence
	This appears to give a 5% bonus per silenced actor.

	Last Fortress
	This appears to give a 4% bonus per defeated party member.
